Sephardic Passover Directory -
One of the most reliable Sephardic Passover directories in the United States is published each year by the J.S.O.R. A lot of tedious research goes into this document. Remember that every year, manufacturers change their ingredients, so what is kosher for Passover one year may not be kosher for Passover the following year. And, products that appear proper for Sephardic cultures that eat rice, may contain actually Chametz.
